My wife and I bought our latest car from GVI and were really happy with their service. We dealt with Jackie, who was really helpful and supportive along the way. His communication was very prompt, and had a real 'don't worry about it, let me sort it out for you' attitude. This made the process so much easier. At the same time, he was never pushy or putting pressure on us. We didn't manage to get any discount on the car, it's usually nice when dealers/private sellers do a little something to the price, I tend to do that when selling cars, it doesn't need to be much, but it just shows a bit of appreciation. However, when looking at the market, this car was well priced, and I didn't think it would be fair to push the price anymore. We also dealt with Danny, and another kind lady who was being trained up, and they were also both incredibly kind and good to work with. All the other sales staff were very quick to speak and offer help. Practically, the facilities were great, clean restrooms, large shelter/showroom, tones of car parks (many others are way more difficult), that was definitely good. Overall, very happy - would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
